Terms & conditions

A booking request does not guarantee availability or secure dates. Bookings are confirmed only once Daisy & Dogs has accepted the request and the 40% non-refundable deposit has been received via the personalised invoice.

The remaining 60% balance is due within 48 hours of the client returning home or receiving the final invoice, as specified on the invoice. Cancellations within seven days of the booking start date are non-refundable in full. Bookings cannot automatically be transferred to new dates.

Indoor cameras must be disclosed and switched off during the sit; disclosed outdoor security cameras are acceptable. Dogs cannot sleep on the sitter's bed.

If Daisy & Dogs cannot fulfil a confirmed booking and cannot provide a suitable replacement sitter, payments made for that booking will be refunded in full.
