No. Daisy & Dogs specialises in luxury in-home dog House Sitting across the Cotswolds and South Warwickshire. Walks and enrichment are included during house-sitting stays but cannot be booked separately.

Yes. A sitter stays overnight during every Daisy & Dogs booking.

Not necessarily. Sitters may leave for normal daily commitments, but dogs are not ordinarily left alone for more than four hours at a time.

Walks are tailored to your dog's usual routine, and adapted to their age, health and the weather. The pattern for your stay is agreed with you rather than fixed in advance.

Individual needs can be discussed. Daisy & Dogs does not provide constant-attendance care where the sitter cannot leave the property at all.

Some dogs with anxiety, reactivity or individual behavioural needs can be considered case by case.

Yes. Every initial meet and greet is complimentary and normally lasts up to one hour.

Yes. The dog must meet the sitter expected to complete the booking before the stay begins.

Yes. The meet and greet is used to make sure the arrangement is suitable and safe for everyone.

A paid trial walk may be recommended where it would help the dog and sitter become familiar with one another.

Yes. All Daisy & Dogs sitters are DBS checked and insured.

The usual minimum is five nights from May to September and three nights outside that period. Shorter bookings may sometimes be accepted closer to the date.

There is no fixed maximum, subject to availability and suitability.

Every booking is individually quoted according to the dates, timings, location, number of dogs and care required.

Payment is made by bank transfer through a personalised invoice and payment link.

A 40% non-refundable deposit secures the booking.

The remaining 60% is due within 48 hours of the client returning home or receiving the final invoice, as specified on the invoice.

The deposit remains non-refundable. For cancellations within seven days of the start date, the full booking amount becomes due and is non-refundable.

Bookings cannot automatically be transferred to new dates.

Daisy & Dogs will first try to provide a suitable replacement sitter. If the booking cannot be fulfilled, payments made for that booking will be refunded in full.

Daisy & Dogs aims to respond within 48 hours, during weekday response hours of 9am to 6pm.

No. A booking request does not secure dates or guarantee availability.

No. Dogs cannot sleep on the sitter's bed.

Indoor cameras and recording devices must be disclosed and switched off for the duration of the sit. Disclosed outdoor security cameras are acceptable.

Only with the client's prior express permission.

Not routinely. This would only happen following prior discussion, client approval and an appropriate compatibility assessment.

Other household animals can usually be included within a dog house-sitting booking. Additional charges may apply depending on the care involved. Standalone pet visits are not offered.
